How often do new watch models appear?
Continuously. The biggest wave comes in spring around the industry fairs in Geneva, followed by individual lines and special editions spread across the year. We list new models as soon as the manufacturers release them, not only when they ship.
Can I pre-order a new model that is not yet available?
Yes. Announced models can be reserved, and you then receive your piece from the first delivery. With sought after models this is the safest route, because the first batch is often small. You will find the expected delivery date on the respective product page.
Do new models become cheaper after a while?
Rarely. The recommended retail price usually stays stable, and in recent years list prices from the Swiss manufacturers have tended to rise. Waiting for a particular model generally gains you nothing.
Which brands feature among the current new arrivals?
How do I tell whether a watch is genuinely new?
The release date is stated on the product page. Models not yet shipping are marked accordingly. That lets you distinguish genuine new releases from models that have merely been added to our range.
Can I be notified about new models?
Yes, through our newsletter, where we present the most important new arrivals, usually before they are widely available. For one specific model it is better to contact us directly and we will note it down for you.
Do the same warranty terms apply to new models?
Yes. You receive the full manufacturer warranty, with most brands two years and with some longer after registration. The statutory warranty applies in addition. The warranty card is included with every watch.
