Wir bieten verschiedene Versandoptionen an, um Ihren Einkauf so bequem wie möglich zu gestalten. Standardmäßig versenden wir mit UPS & DHL, wobei wir auch Expressversand anbieten können mit Zustellung am nächsten Werktag.

Is delivery to a DHL Packstation or post office possible?
My parcel status with UPS does not change.
If your parcel status with UPS has not changed for a few days, you have the option of selecting a desired delivery location or neighbor using the UPs shipment link. This change will result in a new scan by UPS and the package will then be delivered in most cases. If this is not the case, please feel free to contact us.
How long is the delivery time? Is express shipping offered?
Free standard shipping is usually 1-3 business days. Orders are processed and shipped between Mondays and Saturdays. There is no shipping on public holidays in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Express orders (Mon-Thurs) that we receive by 12 p.m. will be delivered by 6 p.m. the next working day. Please note that express orders cannot be shipped on Friday with a requested delivery on Saturday.
Are deliveries abroad possible?
At the moment we are shipping for an extra fee of 19,90 Euro to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (including Åland), France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 24 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update. Please feel free to contact us for any more information about international delivery.
How does the refund work for you as a Swiss customer in our online shop? You place the order via our online shop to your German address. You will receive the purchase invoice by email upon shipment. You pick up the shipment from the German delivery address. You go to German customs with the purchase invoice and the goods and have the export confirmed with a stamp. You send the invoice back to us with an export stamp. We will refund you the VAT either by bank transfer or PayPal depending on which payment method you used to pay. Please note that you have 3 months to export.
How much are the shipping costs?
There are no shipping costs in Germany and Austria. Return shipping is only free in Germany. Which shipping service provider is used to ship?
As standard, we ship the ordered goods with UPS. Express shipments are shipped with either Fedex or UPS.
When will my package arrive?
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. Shipping is usually done with DPD and takes 1-3 working days. You can specify a desired delivery day/location via the DPD link.
Can I change the delivery address later?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes after you have picked up the package from us. Please feel free to contact us before shipping and we will try to change the address. Once your package has been picked up from us, you can only try to select a neighborhood delivery/desired location delivery using the DPD shipping link so that the package reaches you.

PayPal instant transfer
With Sofortüberweisung you can pay quickly and securely without having to enter your account information on our portal. You have the advantage of having your goods delivered immediately after receiving your order. Your account will be debited immediately upon completion of your order.
PayPal - Pay later
When paying, select PayPal as your payment method as usual. After logging in, you will find the “Pay after 30 days” option in the new “Pay later” section. Select “Pay after 30 days” and complete your purchase. Further information about PayPal Paylater can be found here.
Installment purchase - a service from PayPal
Buy now and pay later - this is easily possible via PayPal installment purchase. It is possible to purchase in installments via PayPal if your credit check is positive. Please note that the exam is automated and we have no influence on the result. To do this, simply select the PayPal installment purchase payment method when placing your order and determine a term yourself. When you submit your order, you conclude a contract for installment payment with Paypal. In the case of partial returns, you will receive a new installment plan. Giropay - a service from PayPal
Giropay makes it easy to pay directly from your checking account. Payments are debited from there and refunds are credited. With giropay you decide for yourself how you want to pay. Credit card/debit card - a service provided by PayPal
You can also pay by credit card or debit card without having a PayPal account. Please note that you will only be redirected to enter your credit card details once you have clicked on paid order in the checkout.
Direct debit - a service from PayPal Plus
You can also pay by direct debit without having a PayPal account. Please note that you will only be redirected to enter the direct debit details once you have clicked on paid order in the checkout.
Advance payment
You transfer the invoice amount in advance via bank transfer. Items in stock will be dispatched immediately after they have been credited to our account. We will reward your trust with a 3% advance payment discount. You can deduct this discount yourself when making the transfer. Discount does not apply to Garmin products. The order will be sent to you after payment has been received.
For us, advance payment means payment by bank transfer. This payment method is free of charge for us as a dealer, which means that we can pass on the cost savings directly to our customers. However, when paying via PayPal, there are fees of around 3%, which we as a merchant are charged. In order to give you the opportunity to benefit from the full savings when paying in advance, this option only applies to bank transfers.
Cash on pickup
You are also welcome to come to our store and pay for the goods in cash on site. You can also pay for the goods on site by debit/credit card payment
