The Maurice Lacroix AIKON Quartz Date AI1108-SS002-330-1 continues the line that goes back to the Calypso of the 1990s. The stainless steel case measures 40 mm across and 9 mm high, with alternating brushed and polished surfaces. The bezel with its six characteristic claws is the hallmark of the series. The black dial carries a sunray finish and a silver powder coated print, while the rhodium plated indices and hands are filled with white Super-LumiNova. It is protected by sapphire crystal with anti reflective coating on both sides. The Swiss quartz movement shows hours, minutes, seconds and the date at 3 o'clock. The stainless steel bracelet can be changed without tools thanks to the Easy Change System.

Sehr hochwertig verarbeitet
Ich hatte mir die Uhr aufgrund des schönen, schlichten Designs gekauft, zudem bin ich ein Fan der Marke Maurice Lacroix. Die Verarbeitung der Uhr ist einfach phänomenal und erinnert eher an eine deutlich teurere Luxusuhr.
Da ich mehrere Automatikuhren besitze, habe ich mich hier für die Quarzvariante entschieden. Dadurch ist die Uhr natürlich auch sehr robust und mit 10 Bar Wasserdichtigkeit voll alltagstauglich. Bei der nächtlichen Ablesbarkeit ist jedoch noch Luft nach oben, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau.
